Exclusions

Refunds do not apply under the following circumstances:

Ad Spend: Ad spend paid directly to platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook) is non-refundable.

External Factors: Results were impacted by issues beyond our control, such as:
Client’s website issues (e.g., downtime, poor user experience).

Changes in the client’s business operations, such as budget cuts or service changes.
